摘 要 计划烧除是管理森林可燃物，预防森林火灾发生的有效方法，同时也是防治病虫害，促进山林复壮更新的重要措施。本文在回顾计划烧除在国内外发展历史的基础上，阐述计划烧除的主要应用及及研究，总结出实施计划烧除的主要技术及操作程序，论述了我国目前计划烧除应用及研究中存在的问题及发展前景。

Abstract: Prescribed burning is an important measure in forest fuel management, it can effectively prevent the occurrence of forest fires. Also , it’s an effective measures to Pest control and forest update. The paper review the development of prescribed burning, elaborate the important using of prescribed burning in forest fuel management, summarize the key technologies and steps in implemented prescribed burning ,discuss tne problem and develop forground in prescribed burning in our country now.
