油茶尺蛾种群控制的研究

摘要:
油茶尺蛾(Biston marginata Shiraki )是近年来广东省中山市阔叶混交林内出现的重要害虫。室内药效试验显示:2.5%绿色功乳油2000倍液防治其卵具有很好的效果,死亡率高达90.91%;15%茚虫威悬浮剂4000倍液、10%除尽悬浮剂2000倍液、16000UI/mg Bt可湿性粉剂1000倍液、3.2%甲维盐乳油5000倍液、40%辛硫磷乳油2000倍液、2.8%阿维菌素乳油10000倍液和90%敌百虫晶体1000倍液致幼虫死亡均达100%;白僵菌、绿僵菌、灭幼脲Ⅲ号及它们的混剂对油茶尺蛾幼虫的毒杀效果不理想。在林间,15%茚虫威悬浮剂4000倍液、10%除尽悬浮剂2000倍液、16000UI/mg Bt可湿性粉剂1000倍液、3.2%甲维盐乳油5000倍液、40%辛硫磷乳油2000倍液和90%敌百虫晶体1000倍液的杀虫效果均达100%,而2.8%阿维菌素乳油10000倍液的杀虫效果为84.48%;森得保原药与钙粉比例1:16、1:20、1:24和1:30的杀虫率分别为91.71%、87.28%、84.71%和81.90%。用森得保粉剂(森得保原药:钙粉=1:30)防治1113.5 hm2林地的油茶尺蛾幼虫,平均虫口减退率为80.13%±1.19%。

A Study on Control Technology of Biston marginata Shiraki
Abstract:
Biston marginata Shiraki was an important pest of broad-leaved and broad-leaved mixed forests in Zhongshan city of Guangdong province in recent years.The control technologies of Biston marginata were studied in the laboratory. The results showed that 2000 dilution of 2.5% cyhalothrin EC had good control effect to the eggs, and its lethality was 90.91%;The insecticides which were 4000 dilution of suspensions of 15% indoxacarb, 2000 dilution of suspensions of 10% chlorfenapyr, 1000 dilution of wettable powders of 16000UI/mg Bacillus thuringiensis, 5000 dilution of 3.2% emamectin benzoate EC, 2000 dilution of 40% phoxim EC , 10000 dilution of 2.8% avermectins EC and 1000 dilution of 90% dipterex crystal had good control effects to the larvae, the lethality of all of them reached 100%; the control effects of Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae, benzoylphenal urea Ⅲ and their mixtures against the larvea of Biston marginata were not good, the best of them was benzoylphenal urea Ⅲ,and its lethality reached only 53.57%.By means of assaying the toxicity of several insecticides in the forest, the results showed that the control effects of 4000 dilution of suspensions of 15% indoxacarb, 2000 dilution of suspensions of 10% chlorfenapyr, 1000 dilution of wettable powders of 16000UI/mg Bacillus thuringiensis, 5000 dilution of 3.2% emamectin benzoate EC, 2000 dilution of 40% phoxim EC and 1000 dilution of 90% dipterex crystal reached 100% ,and the effect of 10000 dilution of 2.8%avermectins EC was 88.48%. The larval mortalities caused by the mixtures whose proportions between Sendebao dusts and neutral carrier(Ca(HCO3)2 powder) were 1:16, 1:20, 1:24 and 1:30 were 91.71%,87.28%,84.71% and 81.90% respectively.The mixture whose proportion between Sendebao dusts and the powder was 1:30 was dusted to control the larvae of Biston marginata in the wood whose acreage was 1113.5 hm2, and the population density reduced 80.13%±1.19%.
